是啊，还有早产什么的，所以怀孕时不敢吃，母乳时也怕怕，现在宝宝大了，想着是不
是直接喂给她吃。。。

flaxseed里面的omega3主要是ALA，公认的长脑子是DHA。ALA转换DHA不到10%所以不如
吃鱼油。
