36岁，第一次怀孕。医生建议1st trimester screening/Nuchal Translucency/
Ultrascreen，另外再做个Noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT)-conducted
between 10-22 weeks; use fetal DNA found in maternal blood; the test can
detect potential trisomies (abnormal number of chromosomes) in the
developing baby, and the detection rate is 95-99%. The test can decide
gender as well. 不知道大家做没做过这种test.另外OB不建议做amniocentesis or
CVS，她认为这个NIPT精确度足够高，所以没必要再做amniocentesis or CVS。大家意
见呢？

Noninvasive prenatal testing 是指MT21吧，我做过，只是检血，一周就知道结果了
，很方便安全。做了后就没有做其他侵入性检查了。个人很支持做这个，少了很多风险
。

很多做这个的。然后要不要再做羊穿和CVS取决于你的心理素质。
