着凉导致感冒，有什么问题吗？Germ无处不在，很多时候人自己出问题的时候才被感染。

有一年除夕洗澡洗了一半热水器坏了，第二天就倒下了，感冒的道理我都懂，但是身体
是自己的，不需要科学解释，病了就是病了，还有一个毛病没人解释就是吃饭吃咸了就
咳嗽然后就发展成感冒了，或这些都不叫感冒只是症状一样。

煮热水，里面放姜，滚了后放凉，千万不要放冷水，用来擦身子，非常舒服的，我月子
里还用这水洗头～

什么时候生？当地气候怎样？如果在加州等地方不洗澡我觉得没有必要，我剖的都第二
天下地走路加洗澡了，两周不洗澡好像比较难以忍受，尤其是头发不洗我估计会不停的
