DEPENDENT INSURANCE: Students who have F2 dependents inside the United Sta
tes must submit proof of coverage to ISSO by September 16, 2003. The covera
ge benefits must be included and dates of coverage verifiable. Failure to c
omply will be a direct violation of your agreement with BCIS for issuance of
the dependents I-20 forms. BCIS can authorize request for dependents to ret
urn to their home country.
STUDENT ACCOUNT BALANCES as of FALL 2003
International students must make sure that their
