usually roth ira has AGI limits, but roth 401k doesn't
also, roth ira is 5k, and roth 401k is 16.5k.
so what is the bad on roth 401k, in addition to the following?
1) you need to stick with your employer plan, and the investment choices may
be limited.
2) you need to withdraw after 70 yeears if you don't roll over to roth IRA.
but i think this is pointless, since most people would have chance to roll
over to roth IRA.
Do I miss anything?
