Has anyone gone to a Chinese Consulate in the U.S. to apply for certificate
of marital status (单身声明公证, i.e. single, eligible to marry another
person of another non-U.S. country)?
Besides Chinese passport and the G-1 form, what other coduments are required
? Does the applicant have to prepare/write the declaration himself/herself
for the Consulate to sign?
Advice will be much appreciated!! Thanks!!
