本人土博，美国非名校博士后 5 年，来美国后共发表一作journal paper 15篇，会议10篇左右。专业是 computer science，方向是 medical imaging processing 和 3D Geometric Modeling，Visualization。知道土博在美国找faculty，非常困难。不知道我这种背景是否可以尝试申请排名较低研究型大学的学校。敬请各位能给些建议和意见，拜谢！

很多烧器材的文章都忽略房间的声学处理。往墙上贴吸音材料，是非常重要的一个环节
，花费也不贵，钱花在刀刃上，四两拨千斤。
如果房间里面都是反射面，再贵的器材，最后传递到耳朵里面的都是经过墙壁的若干次
反射了，就像以前看模拟信号电视满屏幕都是重影，多不爽。

Understand front-end technologies
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Entry level or 3+ years of industry experience for senior position
Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as C/C++,
Java, Javascript/Node.js, Python

夫妻F1 Resident Alien + F2 Non-resident Alien
钱存在F2帐户上，就不用报税？
$2000左右的利息，这样可以省$600的税（联邦和州税30%）。
这算合法避税么？
还是夫妻一起报税比省的比$600多？

姑且不考虑税率，合报多5700的deduction，5700和2000哪个多用不着说吧？
BTW，F-1的税率居然有30%，你这F-1够有钱的。

不过F2没有SSN而且是NR，也可以一起报税么？
汗，实习赚了点钱而已，而且算的是tax bracket，不是平均税率啊

只要你做的牛B，你就是四里蓝卡来的土博都木关系，你如果做的一般，英语够好凑
凑活活能找一个，否则很难

看你能不能算R了，不过不算resident,你也不需要交利息税，要能报R,f2可以合报

If your research directions (including your PHD, postdoc, or both) become
hot or still hot now, it is worthy for a shot. I knew some similar cases and
they got it.
