Just start my job, could anyone please give me some suggestions about which
one to choose? 401k or Roth 401K?
Thank you so much!(BTW, my salary is low at this time)
An employee has the option of contributing from 1% to 50% of his/her total
compensation (within the IRS limitations) on a pre-tax basis.XXX matches $0.
50 for every $1.00 up to the first 6% the employee contributes to the plan.
The plan also provides a Roth 401(k) feature to which the employee can
contribute after-tax dollars The plan also allows an employee to take up to
two loans on his/her account, provides for an age 59 ½ withdrawal
option as well as a hardship withdrawal option.

我小的时候好像砸过，后来脚趾甲就一直抠着肉长，每次剪甲特痛苦，很容易流血。
而且趾甲增厚。在美国看过2次医生，说没法治。当时做了病检，说是多种菌感染。真
菌，细菌都有。
我问医生能不能给拔了，可他说拔了就长不出来新的了。我觉得要是国内的修脚师傅可
能会治这个毛病。可是回国匆忙，没有去看。
我去药房问，药剂师说没有外涂的药管用。除非我吃一年的抗真菌药。
这个问题困扰我多年了，有时没有及时修剪造成发炎，痛苦不堪。还要吃抗生素。哺乳
期因为这个害得女儿得了鹅口疮，痛心疾首。
怎么贴照片呀？

我现在是EB2，140批了，PD是09年8月的。
如果我现在换了新的工作，我的PD 还可以保留吗？谢谢。

看着版上轰轰烈烈的表白运动，一直也没想过要加入进去，因为中学版上的每个人身上
都有令我眩目的亮点，表了这个又怕拉了那个，全都表上只恨自己学业不精，穷于辞藻

４都带给人一种朴实率真，乐观向上，又不失活泼可爱的感觉，１４的文往往于叙事中
尽显敏锐洞察力，于幽默中尽显清晰分析力。现实生活中的１４一定是个会哭会笑，爱
玩爱闹，充满热情，朋友众多，受人喜爱的女孩子。这些都是我一直以来最喜欢向往而
又缺乏的性格，让我羡慕不已～

该死，我现在汽车的MP3用的是mini usb, gps用的是mini usb，蓝牙耳机也是mini usb
，照相机
是mini usb，为什么手机偏偏要micro USB呢？

我这个真的是疑难杂症吗？一个发言的都没有。

只要你老板不把你的I-140revoke，你的PD就可以保留。
在基于劳工卡的申请里，雇主是申请人，外籍员工只是受益人，老板是有权随时revoke
的。

不懂为什么是micro USB，好像大多数设备都是mini usb啊。

she is asking about 401k or roth 401k.
The choice depends on her current tax rate. The higher, the more
incentive to go 401k.

顶一下你的帖子。
我儿子大脚趾刚发现一侧出现白色小点的脓，皮肤没有破损，但是前两天穿鞋子可能挤
着了（凉鞋换新的运动鞋），结果就悲剧了，有些红肿。目前给上了些外用抗生素。
希望能有用。
不知道你的脚具体情况，我给孩子用的是NEOSPORIN。可以在药品货架随便买。

即使revoke, PD仍然可以保留。除非revoke时候，原雇主证明最初的文件造假了。
但是你得有I-140的批准通知复印件.

上次那个范律师还是谁不是说有两个法律文件，一个是regulation说revoke了不可以带
，一个是memo说除非有文件造假否则可以带，但具体操作起来移民局参考哪个法律文件
完全是随机的吗？

If you expect your future (after retired) tax rate will be higher,
choose Roth 401k, otherwise traditional 401k. If you're not sure,
you can choose a mixture of both. Traditional 401k also has the
benefit that you can choose to pay tax and converted to Roth IRA
whenever time is right for you after you leave your job, e.g. when
you take a break from work without income.

甲沟炎不是很好治吗。我小时候得过，拔了甲，定时到医院换药，1个月新甲长出，很
快就好了。如果真的是甲沟炎，拔甲是最彻底的办法。涂药水没用。

i use the simple one: half and half.
most of time it's really hard to predict the future.
it's like holding both options,
u choose from different resource when your income changes.
i guess after retiremnet, your income should be less.

never roth only. because it would mean you don't have taxable income after
you retire thus you are over paying now.
