早期症状有啊
比如胃口不好，胃不舒服，消化不良，heartburn，胃胀气
一般人不会联想到胃癌，也不会去看
所以发现都是晚期

什么是hspl？

俺不是医生，俺猜测，每年/每半年，测一下血液中的那个什么抗癌什么指数，
就可以一定程度上判断是否有癌症了吧？
是医生的站出来说说？
为什么很多人到晚期才发现呢？
如果血检可以发现癌症，那就该每个人都强制定期血检啊

blood markers for the vast majority of cancers are very difficult to find.
early screening of stomach cancer relies on imaging (double contrast barium
swallow, endoscopy etc). Japan has been running an aggressive early
screening program since the 70s for the whole population and is the best on
this. on paper, the incidence of this cancer jumped (because of early and
more sensitive diagnosis) but the # of people dying from this cancer dropped
hugely.
even though many called for similar approaches in China for more than 20
years, there has been no action from the government or medical organizations.

how high is the prevalence in Japan? at the time of death, every 1 in 3
people has had gastric cancer. don't have exact number how many died FROM
gastric cancer.

我不得不说小日本政府还是有先进的地方，对他们自己的人民还是。我们要是学习一
下就好了。国内现在也有防癌检查。我老妈做了。就是查血吧。说是能查出60%主
要的癌症。问题是那40%怎么办呀？最近老看到的了胰腺癌，胃癌的。还都是查出来就
很快不行了。咱中国要是也有真能管用的防癌检查就好了。不过话说回来，怎么老美
也没有全身的每年的防癌检查呀？我每次和我大夫说做个幽门螺杆菌检查要问半天。
我可是查出来过，也吃过药杀过的。难道不应该隔年就再查查吗？
我姥爷就是得胃癌去世的才49岁。我妈她们几个姐妹兄弟都有胃病，可能是小时候没吃
的。我家也是有遗传基因的。看来的再查查幽门螺杆菌了。。。。
