我只是对比了4月份和最新的5月份Demand Data，
老中4月份4200减少到5月份3900，应该是批准了300
老印4月份13200增加到5月份13300，增加了100，但是到底从eb3升级到eb2有多少？
我又比较了老印eb3的数量，发现从4月份到5月份，eb3i的总量从58400减少到5月份的
57925，减少了475。
我不知道一个月老印的eb3能批准多少，假设批准了75个，剩下的400个减少的都是升级
到eb2了，而老印eb2的每月批准也和中国一样是300个，那么就多出100个，也就是eb2
老印增加的100
不知道这么分析有没有道理

那一年平均下来 有1200 不算太吓人
老中也该有升级的吧 不仅仅eb3 to eb2 还应该有不少eb2 to eb1
这也能缓解一部分老印那里来的压力

Actually EB3I should be easy to estimate since there are not new cases
submited.
due to the big backlog, it has to use out all of its quota. the only
question is that whether they use most of them in the first several month or
average out aross the whole year,
1, assuming they average out the whole year, the eb3i approval number should
be 250 around, the porting should be 200.
2, assuming they use up already, the porting should be 475 in the past month.

这个数据本身可能就是估算(或者是编造)出来的.如果不用那个total,而是按年份,就比
较清楚了.以印度人EB3为例:

比较搞的是2006, 2007 的数量是增加的,大概他们在编造数据的时候把符号搞错了.

EB3不象EB2，世界其他各国EB3的需求也比较大，所以全世界都在排期，只是有些快有
些慢。这种情况下，应该没有国家能用到7%的配额吧
