All,
The situation is that she is in China and the company is preparing the H1-B
application on 4/1. At the mean time, the company also asks when she can
come back.
We have no idea about the application of H1-B in China. The most urgent
questions are
1). When can she apply for H1-B Visa in China?
2). When can she come back to US using H1-B visa?
Anyone knows, please help.

申请h1-b 要批准了，但是也要等到9月份
h1-b好像只能10天之内登陆
所以你最早只能9月21号来

Thank you. The second question is clear.
I still don't get the first one. So when can she go to the consular office
to apply H1-B visa? For example, can she schedule the interview on July if
she got the I797 form?

Withoutt obtaining 797 first she can't schedule the interview

So if she has gotten 797, can she schedule interview in July or has to wait
until September? I just wonder if there is a rule that doesn't allow the
interview to be earlier.

7月份没问题；貌似没有规定H-1B签证必须在多少天之内方可申请。
