Galaxy和iphone都必须横过来输入，那样按键还大点。看来我至少要4.3寸的屏幕才行。

I agree partially.
The other reason is this:
In 2007, 2008 and 2009, they received tons of EB1 cases and those cases got
accumulated. In 2009 and 2010, they had to use full visa numbers to solve
EB1 accumulation. Last year they almost cleaned up the EB1 accumulation.
For FY 2010, the spill over was lower than expected because of the EB1
accumulation issue. Finally they cleaned up EB1 accumulations last FY.
This year they spared many visas from EB1, partly because there is some
delay of EB1, partly because they cleaned up their EB1 accumulations in 2009
and 2010.

My personal opinion is that you are on the edge of 2012 and 2013, maybe 2013
has more chance.
Just my personal opinion, it's hard to predict, because Mr.O decides what he
wants to do. The immigration law is just his personal interplation.
Otherwise we would not have been stuck into this stupid system for so long!

I think For Indians, it is true that only summer they can advance their PD.
But for Chinese, the PD will advance slowly every month and make big step in
summer.
Indian demand is too much. Only the EB3-EB2 upgrade can use their whole year
's quota. For Chinese it's a different story!

正因为有了485门里那条queue, 现在给搞成了中印的捆绑，这里面我就不懂了。

2008，2009，2010三年老中到底有多少等着交485的还真不好说
目前所有大侠们的估计也都是估计
不过从现有数据来看 正好超过自己的配额
这就是EB2C杯具的地方
其实也不是很多 可就是比自己的配额多了那么一点

we only have PERM approval number in each year
however,
1) PERM approval date is not the same as PD
2) we do not know how many EB2s and EB3s in perm
3) we do not know how many EB2NIWs
so i think it is very hard to estimate the demands now.

至于到底有多少人很难简单的根据perm来预测吧，就说我和我身边的情况吧，我有家属
，所以要多一个名额，但是一个朋友和我差不多的pd，和以前的pd relink了，还有一
个朋友10年换了工作，那个perm就作废了。
恐怕只有等真正收485才能知道大概有多少。
