这个rule貌似允许用户在App Store外进行Subscription啊

and publisher wont get your personal data and sell them for ads or send you
junk mails.
Apple has 100% rights to ask for split for stuff sold through App Store.
just like you can't just put your stuff in walmart and sell it without
paying walmart.
The only issue is that Apple demands no bypassing App Store. if your app is
selling subscription, you have to include in-app subscription along with out
-of-app paying mechanism. apple is betting customers would prefer in-app
subscription. and they will take the cut.
it is steep, 30%, but without Apple making the whole ecosystem, the platform
, the devices, the SDK, these publishers won't make much money by themselves
anyway

I assume cancellation is easier than traditional too. probably just click a
few buttons. traditional often requires phone call. such as Real Superpass.

因为这些公司不敢涨价，因为没人会买。
倒是像一个保证自家content有很高竞争力的手短。因为很多公司会因为30%交了无利可
图而退出向iOS用户出售subscription的市场。
或者他们就必须转向HTML5 apps，必须绕开iOS SDK和App Store。
所谓Walled garden。
这个也无可厚非。虽然HTML5 apps还不够强大，但是至少还是有可能给用户非App
Store的选择的。随着iOS设备越发强大，HTML5 apps还是能做得比较好的。
应该说是苹果准备推TV, Movie, Music streaming subscription了。

distributors cannot afford it.
It's money grab, pure and simple.
I am not sure Apple has 100% rights. But even if they did, it doesn't mean
this is a wise move. Pretty insanely greedy, I would say.
I am anxious to see how Amazon and Netflix would respond.
