（组）审核通过，申请将于近日报送中国驻美国大使馆教育处进行审批。
2017/12/18: 纽约中国留学服务中心邮件"J-1签证豁免"申请已经报送中国驻美国大使馆
教育处进行最终审批。
2018/02/09: 纽约中国留学服务中心网站显示： 申请获得中国驻美大使馆批准！未收到

2018/03/01: USCIS received the FR letter
2018/03/07: USCIS start action
2018/03/14 Received the I-797C from USCIS in my mailbox
2018/03/15: Called USCIS to ask for expertise the case
2018/03/16: Receive email to confirm me the expertise is approved
2018/03/18: Call USCIS to check the status and told me the case was approved
2018/03/19 The case is approve online
2018/03/23 Receive the I-797 from USCIS in my mailbox (shown it was
approved on 2018/03/19).
历时五个半月，不快也不算慢。中间发现在DOS传真可能有用，在USCIS，说明情况可以
approve加速处理。
坑爹的HR开始不肯给我出H1B的support letter，后来发现大使馆根据J1豁免的理由要
不同的证据，所以要提前准备，尽量争取。
接下来就是准备H1B的申请，在学校内，所以暂时不受不可以加急的影响， bless一切
顺利。
