下NOL的状态，今早收到回复如下：
Thank you for contacting 212 Waiver Inquiries. To date, the no objection
letter for your case has not arrived in our office. The Embassy of China
only transmits no objection statements to the Waiver Review Division once a
month, and we have not received anything from them in recent days.
正好今早看到luxiaona1的已经收到了，就又回复了一封说同一批的已经有人显示
