I am preparing 485 submission package. Do we have to submit the recent pay
check with the submission? I thought Employment verification is enough but
my lawyer insists I have to submit pay checks for recent 2 months. Is there
anybody with experience on this?

现在是2.1，如果升2.2的话，是不是要重新ROOT？

Yes, Pay check stubs are required.

Yes, unfortunately, you have to submit recent paycheck stubs because EV
letter is not enough. Even you go to US consulate te get a Visa you have to
provide them these documents.
