现在在准备NIW的准备材料，知道的材料是推荐信，还有不知是petition letter还是
cover letter,再就是要把网上发的文章，review打印出来，不知道还有什么需要的，
有知道的朋友能否告诉我们？谢谢。

我之前下了订单，被cancel
再下一个订单，还是被cancel
换了朋友的名字、SSN、和生日下订单，也一样被cancel
“
Unfortunately, we were either unable to verify the information
you provided or you have exceeded the number of lines of service
that we allow customers to purchase online.
As a result, your order has been canceled.
”
大家有没有遇到这种情况？？
