好想试一下子。。。如果不用磨就好啦。。。

的确是。但是实在太太太太锋利啦！切菜切肉爽得不行。平时小心点用就好，据说五年
才要磨一次。先买了把
santoku爽上瘾了又买了把pro chef. 京瓷的。不过我以前用过最好的刀也就是双立人
，土得很，个人感受仅供参
考。
