参见这个网页。网上无数案例，大多数是logic board坏了,无数人跟apple argue，很
多人也免费换了。我去apple repair service，做了个graphic test结果说，不是
graphic processor的问题。 。。。明显logic board,和graphic processor就是一起
的，因为显卡的问题，主板设计和散热都有问题。死活要花500刀，不能免费，然后找
apple 客服，说那个apple repair service不准，要我再换一个。nnd， 那个不是你自
己授权培训的阿？最近的apple store要开车2小时单程，周六过去，不给换就赖着不走
了。。。
这次apple真的把我恶心到了，打算不等iphone 5，直接换android了。

可以取消，不会罚款。
但是你如果继续使用ATT的smartphone，会被强行加上data plan。

你这个是针对从amazonwireless/costco/simplexity这种第三方销售商
市场上有很多这样的第三方销售商，他们每卖一台手机，att/vz/tm/sprint这样的
运营商就会给他们一笔钱。当然这笔钱的前提是用户需要retain一段时间，并且plan还

所以如果用户提前退出合约，不但要交ETF，还要交第三方的charge。
