5 min要的 还是蛮重要的
不管是你phd还是postdoc时候做的东西，说白了大多都是你老板让你做啥你做啥的。人
家找人care的是你今后独立研究了，有没有这样的potential成功，一个好的research
plan非常重要。

当初proposal写了3个小的project,不知道search committee 看了没有，这样每个
project也就2min,大概的schematic可以么？需要很具体的plan么？
