花了些时间写的,觉得还能拿得出手吧!
贡献出来,希望大家能bless我爸妈顺利拿到签证!
老头老太年纪大了,千里迢迢跑北京不容易啊!
这是二签,再不过爸妈估计会特别失望的...
Dear U.S. Embassy Visa Officer,
We are writing joyfully to invite our parents - ***(father) and ***(mother)
to visit us. We wish this letter could be of some help to our parents’
interview with you as they do not understand English.
Our parents love travelling and have visited many countries in Europe and
Southeast Asia including Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, Thailand,
Singapore, etc. However, they have not yet visited the U.S.A. - the most
developed country on the earth. Therefore, we genuinely invite them to visit
us.
In Chinese there is a word ‘孝顺’ which cannot be translated
correspondingly to English. Literally this word means being obedient to
parents and following their instructions in everything. But the extended
meaning places more importance on emotionally taking good care of them when
they age. We visited our parents in China in 2011 and found that they have
aged all of a sudden. Hence we decide to 孝顺 our parents as best as we
could.
They plan to fly to the U.S. around this Christmas and stay with us for
roughly 3 months. During this period we will show them around Los Angeles,
San Diego, San Francisco, New York and Yellow Stone National Park etc. Since
our father has not yet retired, our parents will fly together back to China
after 3 months’ visit.
As loyal tax payers of IRS and statement government, I (***) work as *** at
*** and my husband (***) works as *** at ***. We are therefore proud to be
able to take care of all costs to be incurred on our parents’ visit.
We truly appreciate if you could grant B-2 visa to them so that we can 孝顺
them timely!
Thanks again and best regards!
