简单报告一下爸妈签证经过，回报本版。
我和我老婆都是F1学生，两人联名邀请我父母。材料准备完全按照置顶帖，没有让父母
带我们的SSN、驾照等。值得一提的是，我们所有的材料都是用最简便的方法，直接手
机app扫描，然后邮件发给父母打印，似乎没有任何问题。
VO看过邀请信以后问了几个问题：从哪儿来？去美国干啥？有几个孩子？到哪些地方旅
游过？之后看了一下房产证。感觉还是有一定针对性的。因为邀请信里没有提到兄弟姐
妹，提到了父母喜爱旅游，还提到国内的房产。另外，这个VO是个大胡子年轻人，很
nice，我父母说了地名以后，他还说对不起，他是新来的，很多地方没听说过。总之相
当顺利，爸妈感觉不错。
祝后来的诸位都签证顺利！

就死亡率来看，长期上夜班对人体造成的损害相当于每天吸20根香烟。 熬夜和夜班

很多)，影响肠胃(拉肚子或者胃溃疡)。有人说夜班制度是反人类的，其实动物们都有
自己的固定生物钟，而夜班及经常熬夜人员没有，这不仅仅是反人类啊，简直流是反动
物啊有木有。
绝大多数夜班会造成心理问题，轻者会忧愁，重者会抑郁。心理问题造成的危害往往更
严重。你可能会问，心理疾病有那么大的伤害吗？纳粹德国以前做过实验，他们把死刑
犯眼睛蒙上，告诉他要通过割腕杀他，然后拿一块冰在其手腕划过，并播放血流的声音
，尽力营造死亡气氛，最后该死刑犯竟然死了。心理学，成功学等有很多关于这种精神
分析的书，咱就不细说了。都说肠胃是人的第二大脑，抑郁情绪往往伴随肠胃问题，再
加上夜班人在固定时间进食拉翔是不可能的，可想对肠胃的伤害之大。
如果长期熬夜，更会慢慢地出现失眠、健忘、易怒、焦虑不安等神经、精神症状。过度
劳累使身体的神经系统功能紊乱，引起体内主要的器官和系统失衡，比如发生心律不齐
、内分泌失调等等，严重的就会导致全身的应激状态、感染疾病的几率相应提高。疲劳
症状强烈的人比一般人患上呼吸、消化系统、循环器官等各种感染症的机会也增加许多
。
