最近在办公室遇到了些事情不能理解，想请教下版上的各位。
先介绍下基本情况。我今年五月刚从学校毕业，刚刚开始在某软件公司工作，由于英语
听力和口语挺糟糕的，和办公室的某几位同事基本没有任何交流。问题就处在某一个同
事。我给他发了一份code review，他告诉我他会看的。两天以后他回了一句。crud,
sorry,looking at the cr now. 我虽然英语不好，但crud应该是骂人的话吧。。。当
时我跟他说我在根据别人的comment修改，马上会发新的，让他先别看了。然后我改完
以后，在聊天软件和他说啥都再也没任何反应了。。。然后我还能经常受到邮件他在
review别人的代码，这就很尴尬了，感觉他就是故意不想给我看啊。
没啥职场经验，请问这种情况我应该怎么做比较好啊，直接找同事沟通还是和manager
，hr之类的反应啊。同事是从其他组调过来的，比我早来一个礼拜，但比我高一级，感

I think it's not good when you have gaps in your resume... that's why i try

你先找他谈一下。继续尤其是影响工作的话，跟manager说，不要过分指责，要尽量说
对方这样做不professional,影响的是工作。

thanks for the comments. Just little clue on how to further polish the
English, any suggestions? also, will it help if I put my experience as
private trader for the gap between my last job and now? i did some small
sized trades in US and China markets...

你的简历的格式可以修改一下：
通常简历可以分成这样几个部分：
objective
summary
skills
working experience
education and certification
在objective里面尽量多用关键字，recruiter搜寻简历的时候都是用关键字搜索的。你
的关键字出现的越多，你的简历被搜寻到的机会就越高。
summary里可以写上你的工作经历，比如 在哪个行业里做了多少年，比较擅长的是什么
，等等
一般情况下recruiter都只会看简历的前1/3， 所以你需要将你的亮点都放在前1/3上。
你的简历的格式可以修改一下：

career objective不需要;
需要加入summary;
你的履历看上去不错，职责列的很清楚，但是要加入accomplishments;
你有CFA1-2很好，如果能快完成CFA3，更有竞争力。
现在市场不好，所以没有回复不要灰心。

no. TP dock is TouchstoneV2 only, while pre pixie are V1.
theoretically TP dock can charge Veer, but it is very hard to find the sweet
spot, and not sure how efficient it will be.
