JPM和BAC都supportH1B，不仅仅transfer，他们也support新的申请，不过后者比较难
就是了（关键是HM不愿意等的问题）。
C和WFC我不太清楚，不敢说

I tried BAC and they confirmed that they do sponser H1b/transfer. However,
local JPM offce never responded to any of my application in the past 6
months... so...

Citi prefer not, but feasible, OPT is fine.
BAC: most of positions I heard do sponsor
