想请教个问题，RWKR大牛好像木工活做得最多，要是能来看看就好了，多谢。
倒是不复杂，家里有几个小的closet，现在的状态是已经设计成挂衣服的了（下面是杆
上面是木板的那种最普通的搭配），因为已经有大的walk in 的 closet了，这几个小
得就想改造成一层层的作为储物间。初步打算是，不想弄得太复杂，杆子和板还保留，
就在杆子下面再搭几块木板做隔板就行，杆子下面大概有六十多个inch高，宽度40多in
，深度大致也就一个ft左右，想寻求一下建议，什么方法比较方便实用美观，因为是
closet，美观就不是最重要的，别太难看就行。
一种想法是直接在drywall上找到有stud的地方订长钉子，钉子上放个什么支撑的东西
，然后加块木板，这个方法好像不太可行，哪容易两边刚好都有stud啊。
还有一种想法就是在drywall上固定住一个大木版，大木板与墙平行（咱就姑且称之为
竖板吧），然后在木板上再放横板，就像这挂衣杆上面的横板一样。

可以考虑去HD 或 LOWES 买现成的，省事，又好看，可能还省钱。
买合成木制的，或那种铁丝架。

40 多in宽, 如果只在closet 两侧支撑，跨度有点太大。
你可考虑这个，如图。HD 有。固定在closet 正面墙的stud上。两条，或三条。然后买
一种白色的合成版，好象是1'x8'一块。根据你closet的跨度，让HD帮你锯好。摆上就
行了。我想这个简单。你看呢？

studs不远一条，没必要非得在两头。如果你放工具之类多用几个，

宜，结果checkout的时候竟然是按照木板长度来收费，一块长木板得6，7十美金才能买
下来，吓得就没敢买。

我自己买木板（和少量木条）按我LD的要求盖装过两个。见图，仅供参考。
每个CLOSET的四个角可以拧螺丝，那里是四根2x4的竖木，define the closet.
你可以考虑用螺丝（代替钉子），以便于修改。

我在GARAGE弄了一长排，配上MOVING box 和 塑料盒子。用了相配的铁丝板（忘了

去店里看看成品closet是怎么做的，琢磨一下就知道自己怎么弄了。。。
I would buy 2-side clear finished plywood for material. Personally I don't
like particle board or MDF. Try to google local hardwood stores which should
have much more selection than HD or Lowes and cheaper. If you are in bay
area, CA, I can give you a list of stores. They may also have 2-side clear
finished birch or maple plywood shelfs with slightly less than 1ft width. It
saves your time/money for doing clear finishing on hardwood plywood.

you can hide nails or screws by driving them into the woods and then filling
the hole and then touch up with finishing.

多谢啊。40多in宽应该没问题吧，那个挂衣杆上面的那个已经放好的木板就是这么长的
，而且中间没有支撑只有两头有。
我在lowes见到你说的这种外表是白色的压缩板了，每条$11.78摸着还挺结实，就打算
用这个了。
我不太喜欢你说的这种从下面斜三角的支撑，因为我是很多层，每一层下面的斜三角都
会严重影响到下面那一层的使用。我想先试一下用两头支撑的，初步打算两头用小木头
固定在墙上，然后木板放在这些木头上。看builder的那个就是这么做的，就是不知道
builder的木头跟墙是怎么接上去的，表面看不出来，就像贴上去一样，有什么好的建

如果你觉得40 in 宽应该没问题.
你可以用那种带孔的板，如图，立在两侧，靠墙，用横板顶住。这样好看，省事，高度

This system is very good, I used it everywhere when I am lazy. Plus all you
need is a screw driver to do the install. If you closet is not very wide,
you only need 2 verticle support.
I found this brand (bought from container store) to be the best in term of
sturdiness and price.

enough for me to figure out (I kind of guessed)
I am thinking about building one just like yours with MDF and spray paint it
, what do you think?
Did you use plywood and laminate the edge, my laminate trimmer broke, so I

老美用ceder做closet, 就是因为味道，除虫。国内用樟木。
我是用4个图中A的木板，把横板卡住的。斜着放进去。横板是1/2”厚的furniture
grade plywood. 因为刷的是白漆，所以也不有laminate the edge。
不常用的鞋，塞corner.

Cuting with dado blade myself.
I have a ratio arm saw.

I was thinking about clamping all pieces together and cut them with a band
saw, what do you think?
I also plan to mount the cut out piece from above on the door, any good suggestion?
Also what is the distance between each board in your design?
Do you think it is a good idea to tilt the boards a little to provide better
view and access?
I am also thinking about running a string of clear christmas light just
under each shelf with a door activated switch to provide some light, is that
overkill?

I use a hole saw to cut the corner first, then circular saw to cut straight
line. You can make one first, then use this one as template to cut others

you can just use razor blade to deal with the edge veneer. After a couple of
practice, it is not hard to get a pretty good looking
