天冷pool不能做inspection，所以房主offer 5000块给我们，要等天气暖和了做好
inspection之后，如果没有问题5000块他收回，如果有问题不管多大问题就5000块

不会改，这个公司客服超烂，电话经常莫名其妙断掉，shipping地址忘了填apt number
打了一下午电话找不到活人，断了n次，最后一个老太太接了说可以改，现在运出来了
还是木有改
