跟一个mortgage broker打交道，问要good faith estimate。对方说federal law规定
的不能email good faith estimate，非要用邮寄。有这么一说吗？

ACT上写了这个东西最好能要true copy，但很少会有lender会要。各州的banking
department还是会查的。
说瞎说八道也太极端了。
你知道最新的respa是什么时候开始实行吗？
今年1月1号。可能你的房子已经买了吧。不知道很正常。

Q: Can a loan originator e-mail a GFE to a borrower?

RESPA 是federal act。真正到各州，banking department都有不同的要求。你没有被
banking department的auditor折磨过，google不能说明任何东西。
