求救！五岁的男孩还尿床，怎么办呢？我们家老大五岁了。最近体检医生说晚上不能再
带DAIPER 了。 可是晚上叫他起来尿尿真是很痛苦。我爸爸妈妈现在晚上叫他起床。我
在带老二。可是每次他都大喊说自己没有尿。我爸爸把他抱到厕所让他尿，可是他自己
又跑回去。不一会自己就又尿到床上了。前几天跟爸爸会国奶奶用小罐给他接尿也是不
高兴。我现在真是很犹豫要不要再让他带DAIPER算了。这样他也可以睡个好觉。我爸爸
妈妈也可以睡个好觉。爸爸妈妈白天帮我带老二又做饭很辛苦的，晚上睡不好觉人最近
都老了很多。我想问问大家都是怎么办的。我们一般十点让他睡，二点左右叫他尿一次
。可是不肯尿。有是要搞到五点才能又 睡一会。大家都是怎么训练孩子晚上尿尿的呢
？是用罐接？还是直接去厕所呢？是抱着去呢还是让自己去？还是干脆让他睡不叫他呢？

如果不带diaper，只是偶尔尿床的话，就别带diaper,也别叫他起床尿尿，即使他尿床
了再叫醒你们，也比现在这样好

我不是大牛，我认为，不可知也。住房是生活必需品，不会像股票一样跌成废纸。

比起Ipad2来，TP的内容少的太可怜了。我的IPad每个礼拜都可以更新10个免费的App给
孩子玩。

同意，宝宝这样是因为肾脏功能弱。越是2点弄他起来，越是对身体不好，因为晚上1－
3点是气血冲击肝脏，是肝脏的休息和恢复期，你不让他好好睡觉，肝脏不得休息，功
能不够强大，更加增加肾脏的负担。肾脏发育不好将来对宝宝身体很不好的影响，容易
得各种疾病。爸爸妈妈要小心哦！

虽然少，但就性价比来说绝对是超值的super toy啦。一家人都适合玩：即能让geek折
腾，又能看很多国内视频，小孩也能有点东西玩！

我家的3岁开始也是同样的过程，几乎每周都要尿床2， 3 次，后来问其他妈妈们，建
议是你就让他睡在自己尿的床上，有个一两次，他就自觉起床了。 过程是痛苦的， 后
来是， 虽然没有让他睡在湿床铺上，但是半夜让他和我一起换了3三层湿床单，现在长
记性了， 一叫就起床了。
如果睡前喝奶， 2点钟起来一次，
如果奶喝得早，睡前又上了厕所，几乎能坚持到5点钟， 早了也真是没什么尿，叫起来
会反抗的。

继续睡觉去。有时我没醒过来，那么多半是尿床。然后到了五岁八九个月左右，
他就渐渐能自己起来如厕了。我咨询过儿医，他的说法是男孩这方面发育迟缓
些，尿床到六七岁都属正常。

20多万的房子，再跌也跌不到哪里去，喜欢的话就买，但是一定赶快把你TH卖了，要不
过几年可能真砸手里了。SFH住个二三十年，不怕跌

我刚怀孕对宝宝没有经验，我觉得这个做得挺好

实在不行就diaper也比搞他起来好。
还有我能建议的就是给宝宝一些补肾的食物。补益的食物要小心，不要多吃，量少，花
样要多。给你一个list：
豇豆，四季豆，羊肉，韭菜，蜂蜜，王浆，芝麻，板栗，粟米，牛骨髓，虾，枸杞，干
贝，桑葚，山药，紫菜。
补肾的同时也要健脾，肾是先天之本，脾胃是后天之本，营养吸收得好，吃补肾的食物
才会有用。
健脾食物如下：（脾胃喜暖，不喜寒凉，寒凉生冷的食物要禁食，粥也不要喝太多，喝
粥请配馒头包子减轻其湿凉的性质）
鲈鱼，含少量肉桂的面食，四神汤，牛肉，带鱼，生姜（早上吃），大枣，天然的糖类
，蘑菇，白扁豆，胡萝卜等
给孩子轻轻的按摩腰部也可以有些作用。剩下的就是运动了，5岁可以学些武术的基本
功了。

白天一定要喝够，晚上入睡前1个小时不要喝水了。不行给他带上水。渴了不喝水长期肾脏会坏掉。

每个孩子真的还不一样，我家哥哥小时候奶奶给把尿很早，后来也是尿床一直到六，七
岁。弟弟没有把过，3岁半一摘尿布，就几乎没有尿床了。
大人不要太紧张，过于强调，给孩子造成压力，反而适得其反。
孩子睡觉前少喝水，上床前上一次厕所。凌晨大人如果上厕所，叫他起来去小便。
医生建议不带尿布，是在孩子ready情况下。孩子没有训练好，就给他摘了，麻烦是经
常要洗床褥了。可以给孩子穿training pants，象小内裤那种纸短裤。

我在看的区(NJ)也是这样，我跟踪了不下10个房子了，都是出来一周内就卖了。其中好
几个都是2005-2009年间买的，现在的要价都高出当初的价格，基本上是原价加上6%-10
%。转来转去，钱都转到agent的手里了。
其实我很怀疑这样的房子。如果房子很好，谁会住了三两年就卖呢？要么是换工作，要
么是房子有不能忍受的缺点吧。

短期有效的办法是买一个potty training alarm / bed wetter alarm. 在one step
ahead 网上搜一下就能找到。基本上就是在小朋友即将要尿床的时候响警报，促使起床
上厕所,建立条件反射。一段时间以后就可以了。

再坚持坚持， 我家老大当初4岁半左右， 晚上9点尿完睡， 12点我们大人睡觉前让他
起来尿一次， 即使没有要也坚持起来做个规律， 这样半年好几次事故后终于行了，
再过了大概半年12点他自己会起来尿了， 再后来他就需要尿才半夜自己起来了， 就是
尿完还经常走错门， 要不稀里糊涂撞在床板上啥的， 哈哈

我们这里也是，好的房子一出来几天就没了，但是烂的放好久也卖不出去。估计现在很
多人在赶4月底的credit。
所以说位置好，房子好的价格还是很稳定，并有小幅上涨（相对去年夏天）。但是破区
的破房子恐怕跌的最凶。

。我决定还是要叫他起来尿的。可能要稍微晚一点。大概4，5点钟。养个孩子真不容易

hoho，原来你家宝宝尿床是你害的。肾脏的时间是在下午3－5点，这个时候喝水挺好，
最健康的办法是早起就喝，然后白天均匀喝，渴了喝。而且如果幼儿园没有水（奇怪）
你们可以带上水，下午一接到宝宝马上可以让他喝水，为什么非要等到晚上再喝，甚至
临睡前1个小时喝？如果真是临睡前喝了水，晚上夜尿完全正常，就不是我说的肾气不

这些日子麻烦多多，一直没有时间在TP上用新的东西，不知道这个书是怎么用的，
我试了一本，不知道用什么应用打开，觉得应该可以直接用网页的，好象不对。

这就是为什么我一直问有没有明白这个TP应用的开了发，
我想做的不多，能做的可能更少，就是把一些FLASH，声音和文档
放到一个网页里，让大家方便一点儿。
这样的操作太麻烦了，小家伙根本做不来，还不如我讲给他们听。

问个比较基本的问题，这些都怎么看啊，pdf里带的声音吗，把他们“拷贝”到TP上用
