以前交的contract 中是用FHA，３０ year fixed, 但close时想用conventional，３０

可以。但是如果你conventional办不出来，你必须去试FHA，否则remove contingency

是的，我也发现了，以前拷贝过去的东西有时能看到有时看不到，这次终于解决了。

Yeab, flash video playback is much smoother now, no more audio sync issue.
Webpage rendering, apps execution etc have all been improved.
Preware's still working and the preware installed apps are mostly working as
far as I can tell.

两个星期前交的shortsale contract今天被银行批了30天内close，但我的agent跟我讲
银行要求我用FHA loan， 否则contract中的3％closing cost 银行就不出了。也怪我
当时交offer的时候轻信agent说银行不会管我用什么方式贷款，就没有把FHA改成
conventional。现在还有什么补救措施吗？
