如果先申chase sapphire，再申sapphire preferred，两张卡都能拿到开卡bonus吗？
同理，先申citi thankyou preferred，再申citi thankyou premier哪？或者反过来，
先申高级卡，再申低级卡？希望有过实战经验的给指条明路～谢谢～

圣诞节左右问候律师借机提醒别把我这事忘了
1.10 老板正式通知我同意帮我办绿卡
一周左右后，hr正式发邮件给律师说要开始办
两周左右后,job detail和job certification 定稿
悲催地赶上hr休假
两周后的今天律师告诉我hr正式通知他ok to proceed
不知道什么时候广告才能正式打出去，但最起码听起来不会有什么变动了
为了这事上百封邮件肯定有了，80％以上是有关job detail, 其他是律师讲解绿卡过程
，找以前的job certification，及被迫陪律师聊春节，民主，习近平访美，瓜瓜与陈
小丹分手等等
其实今年年底原本有别的计划的，但照现在的情况只能说计划永远赶不上变化。我总觉
得人生嘛，只要不和自己想要的有太大偏差就好。只是每次每次都偏离那么一点点，到
最后，也不知道自己会在什么地方，和什么人在一起，过什么样的生活=_=
p.s.我老板ms有情况，最近几个月已经参加了三个葬礼了

没呢，现在应该只是律师和hr商量往哪儿贴广告，什么时候贴而已，可以同时进行薪水
这步么？现在还有什么可以节省点儿时间的办法么？
不过估计我也干不了什么加快速度，我的律师非常有自己的pace，我之前催他的时候他
到最后就说觉得我太心急了,（忘了具体用的哪个词了）要trust他和hr的
professional。

现在薪水就要等两个月，有了那个才能贴广告。

Job description定了后就可以开始PW了, 它比较耽误时间. 40天下来算不错了.
只要PW搞定, 你说的这些就可以进行了,打广告等等.
另外, HR和律师之间的沟通, 必要的同时cc你. trust是一方面, 你也要知道pace的进
展. 可以问一下, 以现在的进度, 估计什么时候交PERM? 这样, 你的律师也会潜意识的
抓紧的.

That is not correct. Job ad can start before prevailing wage. Just make sure the wage is still valid when you file
perm.

How do you know the request of PW will be absolutely approved by DOL.The
time of PW approval request could extend longer than 2 months.
Salary is a key factor whether a candidate has interests in the position of
ads or not.

是可以的，DOL的database是可以查到大概数额的，但是有冒险的成分在里面。我们公
司就是这么干的，结果批下来的数额比广告上的高了几毛钱，只好最后阶段的广告重打
了30天

Dol website has official answer to this question that no need to wait till
prewailing wage to start job ad. My lawyer confirmed as well. Both my
coworker and my perm went through with no problem. We just didn't mention
salary on job ads.

I don't mean you can't legally start ads without PW. You don't need give
salary in ads. But, if you start ads early without PW, you may end up with
several qualified candidates after recruit period. How could you start the
phone interview without PW? As I know, some PW requests are denied because
of lower #, and others take much longer than 2 months.

We start recruit without pw, you don't need to discuss salary with the
applicants because the goal is to find out a legal reason to reject them. If
your manager already needed to discuss salary with the applicants, it
means the applicant is qualified for the position, which means the perm
recruit failed. Actually we only received three resumes, because my. Area is a special business area.

For phone interview, the applicant just simply ask this question. It doesn't
mean he or she is qualified for the position. If the applicant think the PW
# is lower than expected, he or she may not have interests continuing the

Don't know other peoples cases, in our case, nobody asked the salary on the
phone. And during our recruitment of other vacant positions in the company,
no applicant asked salary over the phone .
For my case, we only received three resumes, one is foreigner, one doesn't
have a masters degree, the other one has a unrelated degree, we still called
her, she said sorry she misunderstood the position, and she doesn't think
there is a match.
