或者有没有人听说过类似的事情?
比如H-1B签证第五年了, 马上就第六年了, 因为PERM还没有申请, H-1B不可能延期, 这
个时候如果银行贷款给你, 你很容易一走了之, 丢下一个烂摊子给银行.
快告诉我呀!

苹果小白问题：
下载的图片文件，怎么存到新建的文件夹？现在只能都挤在一个相册里。
拍摄的音像文件呢？
怎么查看和管理剩余可用空间？下了个iFile，没用啊，白花钱了，还不能退。

刚拿到机器，目前是3.0.2，请大牛指导是不是要升级？
如果不超频的话，不是3.0.4好一些。

有可能的我们申请的时候，agent提醒过的，快到期的h1b需要赶紧renew

上面两位说得是对的。我H1今年9月30日到期（第六年），买的房子是2月8日CLOSE的，
没有问题。用的是WELLS FARGO.

3.02时超频的。升到3.04后，昨天进入preware，选择升级，连kernel都升级了。再回
到govin，把profile换成超频的，一看，频率1.5了。

如果是这种情况你为啥还买房呢，第六年之前不申请，你基本就必须走人了，就算变成
dependent留下了也三五年无法工作啊。。。

请问你升级了那个Kernel呢？我试着升级了 Palm kernel, 回到govin，还是只能到1.

LZ是还没申请perm，你们家应该已经申请绿卡了吧，要不谁会在H1b第六年未申请绿卡
的情况下买房呢

No way. My H-1B will expire in Oct and my house got closing this Jan.
Banker didn't ask me to provide EAD or other visa. Bankers need to issue new
loan so they won't reject you for visa issue as long as you have high
credit score and can afford 20%+ downpay.
