我是Nebraska Center,
我想cancel或者中止我的Pre-OPT。
我的Case:5月18号寄出，6月21号收到卡了。但是网上的状态还是Post-Decision。
因为公司急着催着要上班并交出working authority。我没想到EAD卡能来的这么快。因为之前好长时间都一直是"Initial Review"。后来没办法，我只好又申请了三天就能批下来的CPT。本来不打算用CPT，因为要交一门3000多的学费。现在已经开始用CPT工作了两个礼拜了，并且不能cancel。
请问，有什么办法可以cancel或者stop我的OPT吗？我申请的是2个月的Pre-OPT,我不想浪费2个月。。。。

我入门级的，看不懂啥意思。说的是EB2-NIW的途径。
$3500 to start, $2500 on filing, $1500 on approval of I-140 petition, and $
1000 on filing of I-485. The filing fees are payable when they arise.
start是做什么的？
filing怎么还要2500？
approval I－140还要交钱。
如果被拒的话，怎么样呢？

绿卡收费分步走，要工资/广告/FILE PERM是第一步。140是第二步，485是最后，办到
哪，钱收到哪。

USCIS will credit you the ~2 months, but this may help you argue for the
credit when applying for post-completion OPT.

我老的理解是
2500刀是办理140的，这个在你办理的时候就必须缴的。等你140批了，你再缴1500刀给
律师（不然你拿不到批件）。总共是4000刀。如果你还让他给办理485，你再缴1000刀。
另外给移民局的140的费用还得你自己缴。
至于3500刀，应该是律师要的最低价。你可以跟他讨价还价的。要不多问问几个律师。
感觉这收费偏贵呢。
自己花点时间，NIW还是DIY. 因为大部分的材料还是你自己准备，特别是推荐信什么的
。律师的作用就是把你推荐信里的话如何融合到petition letter 里去。他们有模板，
你也可以根据网络上的一些模板，自己搞的。

Your risk is to lose $2500 (to lawyer) +filing fee (to DHS) in case your 140
is not approved.

总共8500？除非你的case特殊，否则贵了。换几家问问。

用了几天之后，4s电池已经不是问题。刚拿到前两天掉电确实太快，可能没有较准外加
一直在玩。

真他妈的贵。想不到我们自己倒腾的省这么多银子。
你这个也不便宜。我认识一个今年的听说开始价格1000，说共4000。说律师不怎么好。
拖的很，半年都不见动静。
其实材料都是自己写。
律师作用有限，也许遇到不顺利有点作用。我们自己申请的什么材料都在自己控制中
。我说的NIW,其他的不了解。
