Timeline:
EB1B concurrent+PP, filed to TSC in Sep 09, hubby is the primary applicant
140 approved within 2 weeks
Long wait for 485 starts...
Learnt from Infopass that background check has been cleared in Dec 09
Filed service request at local infopass center beginning of April
Got response in mail in about 10 days, saying 'priority date is not current'
