就是说 这种情况下如果seller void这个contract,我的earnest money还是可以拿回来
的吧？不会因为我没有按合同remove contingency造成我的押金拿不会吧？我的银行很
慢，appraisal report老出不来。

不是说要签个啥form吗？如果我不签，就是没remove.seller有权void这个contract.当
然也可以sue me for liquidated damages。不过escrow应该会先把定金退给我吧如果
我贷款下不来

然也可以sue me for liquidated damages。不过escrow应该会先把定金退给我吧如果

seller就有权void contract，buyer的deposit能够拿回来。而在21天内seller是没有权利cancel contract的。也就是有可能你在25天的时候办好loan，seller突然说卖给别人了,如果contingency没有extend的话。当然，seller如果发现buyer在这21天内没有做任何事情，可以sue buyer。所以很多合同还有规定几天内必须开始贷款，几天内必须inspection等等条款。如果buyer在规定时间内没有做这些事情，deposit可能不能拿回来。

不会，如果owner不介意，那么contingency视为继续，但owner也可以倒是要求你
remove，你可以拒绝，那owner也可以以此为据选择不卖给你了。

OP可以不要remove contingency，那就可以安全退出了。
Loan没批的时候，千万不要remove loan contingency。

Contingency都是有时间限制的,到时候会自动Remove掉的.
