长岛火车在车站旁有很多路口，早上上班很多人为赶火车偶尔在火车停下后穿过铁路上
车。
今天一警察就守候在这个路口给大家开ticket。那曼哈顿时代广场行人不管红绿灯给
不给开呀？还不能交点罚款了事，必须到刑事法庭出庭。这到底是申请guilty or not
guilty. 若申请guilty 这玩意还留案底？
看来纽约真他妈的穷疯了！

没案底，申请not guilty就要上法庭，但一般没戏。

Thnks. This is not the truth. I've argued for a while with the guy and told
him a warn is absolutely enough for this. He also sent another ticket to a
white girl and stopped another two girls who said no ID's. The only
reasonable explanation is the government needs money recently because you
really can't see any cop overthere for a couple of ys. It's a quiet little
train sta.
Anyway, hope everybody can get a lesson from this case. The gov. is shooting
money everywhere.
