Same here. Don't give up. I am passing you what I just got from one of my references "Hang on. You are doing great!" I got onsite interview for every single application other than Harvard and MIT, but did not get an offer for various reasons. The latest was for an Endowed Chair position. It sounds like I was the only one they liked, but in the end some members questioned whether I am senior enough to be appointed to a Chaired position given my relatively short academic career. They feel that they have been there for a long time, doing well, and still do not have a chaired position. In the end they decided not to hire anyone. So, when an application fails, it does not necessarily reflect bad on you. It may have all kinds of reasons. This is especially the case for senior hires. You just have to hang on and continue to improve yourself -- get ready for the next opportunity. Think about it this way: now I can wait for even better opportunities! Good luck!

很多人错误的认为computational neuroscience is to make computer models for neurons。
