LOL, Amazon is so funny. Really doing phone interview 3 times.
First and second keeping one week each pace (one week for setup and
interview, one week for response to next round).
This time, I respond even a slower pace, asking them to have the 3rd phone
interview in 2 weeks.
Anybody had similar 3rd phone interview? after it, did you get onsite or not?

看过一个视频，通过键盘鼠标控制pad，
装了vnc server，好像连不上，难道是局域网防火墙禁用了端口？
还有别的方法吗，通过adb的，不用通过ip network可以吗

yes, I had similar 3rd phone interview. But I didn't got on-site because I
answered some of the questions under the interviewer's hints. they need
sharp skills.

what? I thought it is already very good that you can answer all the
questions with hints.
Is Amazon that tough?
I did pretty bad the first one as I said "I have no idea for how to improve
a linear search in a sorted integer array to be less O(n).
Quite embarrassing, as I would know a lot about it ( A simple binary search
will make it to O(lgN)
How dumb I was.
Luckily I did not fail as they probably understand that it is quite possible
that I am too old to remember anything like that.

唯独amazon收了简历还挨个问
programming问题，搞到后来就把大家都吓跑了：）

feel Amazon is a little bit secretive.
Do we have a good idea about how good is Amazon as an employer?
I know that it is not easy as working in MSFT, and benefit is not good.
But what makes it attractive if it is so selective as far as hiring?
Also, we seldom hear much about people who work in Amazon to post some
insider view of it. Maybe they are all busy at working?

I also have 3rd one. But since then they haven't give me any response.
The reason why you have a 3rd one is that you did not do very well in
either 1st or 2nd round.

亚马逊的人比微软少很多，听到的言论少很正常，而且amazon的工作确实很忙。
三次电面，有两种可能，一是前两次面试有点疲软所以决定继续考察，二就是还有另一
个组的人感兴趣。无论哪种情况，都是一次机会。
三次电面非常正常，就是intern也经常有三次电话面试。

Mostly the first cases, I did not do that good in the two interviews.
I believe it is still the same group.

done the 3rd round.
Now pray that there will be no 4 rounds.
Not much as far as typical questions, more less on that casual talking of
designing a security system.
I am wondering whether they are just trying to test me how serious I am.
