老板说employee own more than 50%, 难道他把自己也算employee?

从3GS到4，分辨率提高了一倍。如果size变大又不提高分辨率的话，达不到retina，果
粉不会买账。要是提的话960*640变成1920*1280，现有工艺下面4寸左右的屏幕估计很
难做到。超过4.5寸又会受到手小的果粉抵制。4寸iPhone唯一的可能性是用iPad的分辨
率运行ipad的app，1024*768，320PPI。

If the company worth 1 billion, 0.01% would be $100,000, not bad, but not
likely. Maybe the options will end up worth about $10,000 - $20,000 if the
company do well. Better than nothing, but should not affect your decision
greatly.

果粉什么时候不买账，开玩笑
多晶膜一旦突破，1920x1280不是问题
多晶膜比非晶膜理论上可以实现10~20x的分辨率

我现在用的手机是5寸的, 用的很爽啊. iphone要变大是很容易的, 为啥不变大, 我估
计是他们的一种储备, 反正卖的这么火, 出大的也是分现有的市场, 等到没啥可以升级
的时候再出.

My point is, if he is sure it is a hot company like FB or twitter, that
would be ok to take things like that.
Otherwise, this is insane to even think about it , for him or for the
company trying to offer such a thing to a potential candidate.

一般来讲上市或收购的价值是目前销售额的3-4倍，4倍不大容易。
所以以3倍算，你们公司的revenue是30million左右，100个人3千万很不错了。
0.01%是确实少了点，不过你是新人，而且如果公司真有3千万revenue，那上市的或收购的概率
很大了，所以人家不给你太多的。要不你岂不成摘桃的。
