想问问这边的医生是怎么处理的？需要拍X光片吗？要用夹板固定吗？
娃现在还在国内，肘关节不小心给弄脱臼了，去了医院，医生就给咔嚓了一下，上上去
了。说没事了，就是以后要小心娃会经常性脱臼。但是我觉得处理的过于简单了，怕会
有什么后遗症。就想上来问问版里有没有JM家的娃有类似情况，医生是怎么处理的。

seller终于同意了offer,本以为可以松口气，好好找inspector和loan broker。刚收到
agent的email，要签如下协议:
The property is " sold as it is". The purchaser has the right to do home inspection for information only. The
purchase has right to avoid contract before ... (basically within 36 hours when I received the addendum, or 48
hours when the offer was accepted).
agent说过sell as it is when the seller agreed the offer, 但是没有说36小时之内(连找home inspector，到
inspection，到make decision)做决定。seller是不是太过分了。真怀疑房子有问题。砖墙的确有裂缝.

放心，不会有后遗症的，不过确实可能会习惯性脱臼，就象我小时候：（
到了什么程度呢，经常我爸一拉我，胳膊就下来了。
开始还每次去医院，后来我爸就熟练了，下来就嘎巴一下自己给我接回去。
不过这些都是发生在我5岁以前的事情吧，后来就再没脱臼过了。
现在当然没什么影响，我游泳一次3000米，胳膊完全没事的。
所以，放心好了。

这是不是标准条款阿
没人签了合同还给很多时间别人反悔的

I have one, someone offered me 120 local, I rejected.
still using it, waiting for a deal of Note, Nexus or HTC One.

哦，少说了一句。seller是要从他们接受offer到home inspection总共48小时做决定。
一般都是要给几天找home
inspector， inspector看完房子48小时作决定。现在都push到一起了。

my daughter had recurrent albow dislocation. we've been to emergency many
times, waited for at least couple of hours and had x-ray. finally the er
doctor came and we would be send home with just one click.

这样比较奇怪，他们是不是有backup offer，所以push你决定啊。反正不做
inspection, 绝对不要签P&S. 我们当时也是"sold as is",但是给了足够的时间做
inspection, sellers就是不愿意再negotiate credit。

玫瑰黑斑病太严重的话，一片叶子上只剪掉有黑斑那一块行吗

seems no ICS rom will fit perfect, that is all.
and the battery drains really fast when connect 4G, lightly use, normally I
need to charge it again during the day.
so I strongly recommend you not get it, just spend a little more, getting an
Amaze for better camera, or a sensation since both will get ICS offical
update, there is not likely the chance mytouch 4G will get it.

我家老大前阵子被我拉的胳膊肘脱臼，诊所的医生先给拍了照片，确认骨头没事，然后
才给推回去。当然我觉得x-ray其实没必要，因为我知道我拉他的时候根本没特别用力
，骨头肯定没事。

我家娃娃也脱臼过几次.
第一次,自己手枕着睡觉.起来就说胳膊疼,过了一下午就好了.
然后,我拉过他一次,然后就说胳膊疼.第二天,我就带他去了clinic. 医生拉了两下手,
就好了.活动自如.
我看babycenter上写道,baby in 28-36 months容易脱臼.很正常.
原因吗,忘了

Thank you for your reply. They don't have backup offer and the house has
been on market for more than 80
days and we are the only one made the offer. My agent said seller may want
to rent the house instead, so they
push the final decision hardly. And my agent asked me to ignore this
addendum.
