There RMA SUCKS! They told me I need to wait 3-4 weeks for the "
investigation".

Since your card has damaged on the PCB, we have send it back to the Sapphire
Manufacturer for failure analysis . The process will takes 3-4 weeks from

哥的可是400块钱买的7970，我凭啥扔啊，狗日的sapphire要是敢不给哥换了哥就直接
找newegg理论，不行就dispute信用卡，奶奶的。

台湾厂商售后服务都不敢恭维。我有次找华硕修BIOS,结果发现网卡被弄坏了。。。。

Sapphire warranty is the worst. They asked me to pay them 15 bucks before
because they don't cover shipping label back to me. I only buy XFX or eVGA
video cards.
