用过verizon的服务，他们的finance office算错了我的账单后直接报给了credit
report说我欠他们钱。
现在我通过电话和email联系了他们至少10个不同的office，感觉custmor service很差
，有5
个人要了我信息说要处理，结果通通没有回应，要他们local office的信息，没有一个
人给。根本不给你申辩的机会，人人忽悠我一会后就没有回应了。
正在考虑找律师起诉他们
各位有知道如何投诉和起诉verizon的吗？

depending on whether it is local calls/long distance, call either your
county consumer protection agency/ utility regulator/ or the state attorney
general
sue verizon in the small claim court. you can do it yourself.
