我发觉用电最多的竟然是cell standby, google一下发现大多数用S3的人都有这个问题

this is a common issue. it isn't actually taking up that much battery, it is
just reported as doing so.
The power profile.XML is reading the cell standby as 34mA instead of 3.4mA
causing it to show crazy high usage. Its not draining battery. Its simply a
reading error by the os.
