If the editor verified in the letter i have reviewed ** papers, but i only

正在做no closing cost refinancing，从HUD上看是没有cost了。但是我看了一下
payoff statement, payoff amount在principle和interest之外还包括recording fee
和fax fee，尤其fax fee还特别注明应该是settlement agent交的。请问我应该交吗？

你不用交。这些费用应该已以Broker Credit的形式返还给你了。

google了一下 2个G左右如果对HD movies很有爱好的话空间还是很有限的出去
travel 如果没有wifi 搞不好还得随身带一块移动硬盘

有Payoff fee是很正常的，但是Broker都会帮你付掉的。
