public pre-k (one more year of free public education for 4-year-olds).

pre-k, and all the rest of the grades, for that matter, varies by districts.
Since all districts offer free education, you will just have to choose
which district you want to send you child into.
There are many decent areas in Queens, i.e. nice little houses, beautiful
and clean streets, quality schools. Not everywhere in Queens/Brooklyn/the
Bronx/Staten Island are bad. Ask your coworkers who has school-aged kids.
They should know better.

其实2012 so的时候，因为so多，老中和烙印相同排期时间。所以老中一共4000.
今年烙印把so全吃了，都赶不上老中吃自己名额的排期，所以老中可能一个so都拿不到。
有人说保证so的7%，都是猜测估计，请问能找到官方的肯定吗，如果没有，基本就是按

还有我记得我以前就跟你说过，EB1，4，5下来的不就spill over,EB2 row剩的才叫
spill over ,才是你说的SO

我前面就说了，要争取，又不违法，没人出头的话，估计是没得，以老奥他们的数学水
