I got 140 approval last fall in my last company, and I left a few months
later. Last week I got an auto-generated email ( I signed up for email
update during the filing of my 140) that my status is now 'initial review' -
- does this mean my previous company has withdrawn my 140? if I were to
change job now, will I still be able to get 3-year extention on H1-B if the
withdrawal process is not completed yet?

我在bed bath beyond 买过一种象刮土豆皮的挠子那样的东西，只不过它不是刮皮的，
是刮丝的。刮出的丝够硬，不象有的grater弄出来的软塌塌的，炒土豆丝不错。只不过
土豆小的话容易刮到手，得特别小心。

国内有一个牌子叫凤驰，我换个很多牌子就这个牌子最好用，我带了两套到美国。就是
个看似普通的擦子，刀片有好几种，可以随时换。我喜欢它就是因为它能擦出那个火柴
棍感觉的土豆丝和胡萝卜丝，还有可以切拉网花的擦子，还有一个护手器，很好很强大。
在一般超市里没有卖的，我当时是在京城一个著名的超大型批发市场里有一层是专门卖
专业饭馆用品的地方无意发现的这个东西。
不过说实话，土豆丝还是切出来的好，擦出来的口感略差，炒熟了有点发软，醋溜土豆
丝讲究的还是即熟还要脆，不过把土豆在盐水里泡泡再好好淘两遍炒熟了也挺脆的。

i don't care...it is a phone, not a pussy...
