According to United, this promotion was one of many offers

terms. Any member who successfully enrolled will receive
all qualified promotional miles approximately 8 weeks from
the end date of the promotion. These miles will be issued
directly by United through the MileagePlus program.

promotion do not require the use of a specific Chase
credit card product, the miles would not be offered or
