In the first stage of green card process: I get much higher prevailing wage
than my current salary. (increase salary is out of question)
the employer want to re-apply prevailing wage/job description in other state
because the employer think our other branch/(in other state) has lower
Prevailing wage requirement.
my question is: Our lawyer tell us that I only need to work in the other
state for about 3 months during green card process and then everything will
be fine.
I really do not sure about that. anyone knows about that?
