只要2011年底来的就都eligible for registered provisional immigrant，是不是？
那我被layoff了，最好就不要找工作了，没身份了，然后交500块直接那ead咯，不是简
单很多？还是我理解的不对？
那个bill没有任何地方提到必须一直没身份啊，那之前有身份，现在没身份，也够资格
咯？

开skype就行。。。
经测试focus s有效，wifi一直保持连接中

法案出来时候是合法身份不能申请registered provisional immigrant status.唯一的
一个小漏洞就是看the date on which this Act was introduced怎么定。如果定在参
议院投票日，你还有机会。
