说明：一年多前刷过CM7，感觉可用性和UI都很差，还不如webosx，切换回webosx后不
久系统自动更新把CM7给抹掉了。自此TouchPad放那落了一年多灰。最近考虑换手机，
听说Android4.0之后脱胎换骨，决定装上试一试。感觉android4.0在UI Design, 内存
管理上有突破性进步。让一台两年前的1G内存的touchpad重现活力，流畅运行，非常满
意。从此可以不用和LD抢ipad了或是看iphone小屏幕了.
一共花了5-6个小时刷机及解决各种小问题，感觉时间花费上不是太值，因此在此分享
，希望帮助他人少浪费点时间。
1. install novacom （done it one year ago）
2. boot int webosx, and connect as USB device
3. download and put following files into TP folder /cminstall:
• ACMEInstaller3
• latest CM nightly rom, 9/30 version in my case;
• latest google apps
4. reboot TP, hold power and Volumn-UP, until see USB logo
5. in MAC,
• cd /opt/nova/bin
• novacom boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller3
6. after reboot, CM9 starts correctly;
7. Google Play Store haven’t been installed in my case, so still see
Market rather than Google Play Store, install again with latest google apps,
like #2, but manually choose zip file
• when reboot, choose update from sd card, navigate and choose
google apps zip file
8. You may see Google Play Store "921" error when downloading new app,
• in settings/Apps, clear data of Google Service Framework,
Google Play Store,
• in Account&Sync, delete google account, in my case, doesn’t
work until changed to another google account
• switch back to original account, and now it works
9. manually install flash player apk for Browser App to work, (still not
working for Chrome)
