这个冬天风特别大，现在雪化了，发现deck有些被风吹坏了，
主要是stairs那里，钉在地里的地方像是被风拔起来了一些，地面不平了，
楼梯扶手也吹坏了。请问这种情况一般保险会cover么？
修起来大概要多少银子？建个新的deck要多少银子呢？
我们这个deck买房子的时候inspector就说质量不好，结果真出问题了

要离开加州了，外州租的房子都带冰箱的，所以肯定要处理掉。
如果craigslist发帖子没人理，怎么处理阿？

这要是好好修的话是不是得挖出来重新钉一回？

你看这个板上买房子的为地基一点小问题就愁得要死虽然是有点“抢盐” 但是这种精
神还是不错
不过 LZ的问题如果只是stairs 那就只用修这部分好了
简单一点就是重新level一下底上那块concrete pad 用蛮力或者mud jacking都行不过
这样过几年可能再歪掉需要重做但通常每年的形变不会那么大做一次还是能管很久的
永久一点的办法是砸了现在的歪pad 重新挖洞浇水泥到frost line一下再在上面浇
pad 再把木结构装回去不建议这么作
所以 stairs都好办关键是看main deck变形多大拿个spirit level和plumb bob测测
水平竖直这部分最好自己作不然请谁来eval 恐怕都是问题很严重非纠正不可

btw能解释一下为什么不建议重新挖洞浇水泥呢？准备请人来evaluate一下了，

For the 包子's sake :) , was snow excessive in your area? If so, did you
shovel it off deck in the first time or allow it piling through the whole
winter?
Mud jacking should be cheaper, 重新挖洞浇水泥 essentially entails rebuilding
the whole deck. In that case, you are better off demolishing it all, and re
-designing it to your taste.

thanks~~~ 雪很大，非常非常大。每次下雪main deck和楼梯都铲了，
但是楼梯脚下的地面那里一直都被雪埋着的，最近化了才看出来鼓起来个大包。。
我也考虑要不全部拆掉重建一个，不过那样是不是很贵啊？怎么也得上万了吧？。。
不知道修的话需要多少钱，这个deck整个质量就不好，鸡肋呀。。

You already did your best
上万? You can get a top-notch one for that budget. A simple plain mid-sizer
usually starts at a couple of thousands around here.
You better put it off to summer. The soil will settle down after the wet
season (snow melts and rain.)

哦，是吗？那看来没有那么贵，感觉好一点了。。
我在网上search了一下，说美国平均做deck的钱是13k-16k，吓着了。。
那就先等到summer再说吧。只是楼梯的一侧扶手坏掉了，不知道不修的话
会不会坏的更大。。
